End of Season Work Party

In addition to helping Allan with preparing the square with soil spreading and seeding, there's lots of other jobs to do on Saturday morning.

Please come along to help complete these essential jobs. Bring any tools you think will help - spades, shears, loppers, paint brushes!

Work Party job list for end of 2019 and start of 2020:

1. Covers to be taken off and put back at the start of the season, to stop them getting damaged in the winter
2. Ditches dug up
3. Bushes trimmed where required
4. Sight screen slats removed and put into pavilion end of season or taken out at the start
5. Cleaning of whole pavilion (toilets, showers, kitchen, fridges and dressing room) at the start and end of season
6. Painting of the benches and any general repairs to them
7. Pictures to be hung up
8. Painting of dressing rooms
9. Clean up of bar area
10. Clean up of store cupboards (main and ladies)
11. Clean up of junior equipment
12. Check 1st aid kits and replace if required. All age group managers should be issued one (part of clubmark)
13. Litter pickup

With so many jobs to do, we do stress the importance of all Members supporting the event by giving us just a couple of hours on Saturday morning, come rain or shine!
